Pasta del poeta generously reveals its secrets to everybody who knows how to enjoy the
pleasures of life and who realises that a simple, healthy and original meal is the ultimate
culinary experience.

Recent nutrition trends emphasise the importance of a balanced diet. A balanced diet has a
beneficial effect on the well-being, it protects health and reduces the risk of developing the
diseases of modern civilisation.

More and more people are becoming aware of the importance of a balanced diet. For them
we have developed special spelt pasta, pasta with buckwheat or soya, as well as whole-wheat
pasta rich in fibre and enriched with calcium and vitamin E.

The Pasta del poeta family offers four tastes - whole-wheat, buckwheat, spelt and soya, each
in three forms: tagliatelle, spaghetti and penne. Beside its unmistakeable taste, the tagliatelle
is also distinguished by its home-made appearance since it is made by rolling the dough.

Capture this rich taste of nature with the recipes we suggest below (the quantities indicated
serve two people). Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it well and combine it with
the cold sauce.
